Swap Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides its services (described below) and related content and functionality to you (“you” or “User”) through its website and platform located at www.swapshop.pro.
By agreeing to these Terms, you hereby certify that you are at least 18 years of age. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or any other Services.

Connecting your wallet: In order to access and use the Services, including to engage in a Transaction, you must have and connect your digital wallet supported on MetaMask, or other wallet extensions or gateways as allowed on the Services (“Wallet”). Wallets allow you to purchase, store, and engage in transactions using the native Ethereum cryptocurrency, ETH. When you link your Wallet, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Wallet and your control over any wallet-related authentication credentials, including any seed phrase or private cryptocurrency keys, as well as NFTs or cryptocurrencies that are stored in or are accessible through your Wallet. Any unauthorized access to your Wallet by third parties could result in the loss or theft of NFTs and/or other assets held in your Wallet and any associated wallets, including any linked financial information such as bank account(s) or credit card(s). Swap Shop is not responsible for managing and maintaining the security of your Wallet. Swap Shop has no responsibility or liability to you for any unauthorized access to or use of your Wallet or if you are unable to locate your credentials.
NFT Swapping: SwapShop.pro enables users to swap their NFTs with other users on our platform. You agree that SwapShop.pro is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from these transactions. We do not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or value of the NFTs exchanged on our platform.
Fees: SwapShop.pro charges a fee for each NFT swap conducted on our platform. The fees are dynamic and are subject to change at any time without notice. The current fee schedule can be found on our website. By using our platform, you agree to pay the applicable fees as calculated by SwapShop.pro. Swap Shop is not responsible for any losses, damages, or fees incurred as a result of changes to our fee schedule. You are solely responsible for monitoring our fee schedule and any changes to it.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use SwapShop.pro for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. You also agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the SwapShop.pro website or interfere with any other user's use of our platform.
Intellectual Property: The SwapShop.pro website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of SwapShop.pro or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our content without our prior written consent.
SwapShop.pro enables users to swap their Wolf.Game Wolf LLC (“Wolf Game”) NFTs with other users on our platform. You agree that SwapShop.pro is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from these transactions. You acknowledge and agree that the Wolf Game NFTs being exchanged on our platform are governed by the Wolf Game terms of service and any other policies or guidelines provided by Wolf Game. You agree to comply with these terms and policies, and you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any violations of these terms or policies. SwapShop.pro is not liable for any such violations. If Swap Shop receives notice of any violation of the Wolf Game terms of service or policies, we may remove or disable access of the user account who posted it, in our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability: SwapShop.pro is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website or the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on our website.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold SwapShop.pro, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our platform or your violation of these terms of service.

Governing Law: These terms of service and any dispute arising out of your use of our platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States if you are a user based in the United States, and the laws of England and Wales if you are a user based in the United Kingdom or any other country within the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway. Any dispute arising out of your use of our platform will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association if you are a user based in the United States, and the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce if you are a user based in the United Kingdom or any other country within the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway. The language of arbitration will be English. You agree that any legal action arising out of or related to these terms of service or your use of our platform must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States if you are a user based in the United States, and the courts of England and Wales if you are a user based in the United Kingdom or any other country within the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway.

Note: You will be sending your Wolf Game sheep NFT and receive a different fully charged Wolf Game sheep NFT in return.

What is basic swap?
Basic swap allows you to quickly swap your sheep for a random sheep in return. You will receive a different fully charged sheep in a random community. Basic swap uses weighted randomness to select the sheep you receive.
What is advanced swap?
Advanced swap allows you to select the specific fully charged sheep you receive, from the stock available.
You can also select a sheep based on which community it is in. Additionally, Swap Shop offers the option to upgrade your sheep Gen.
How does it work?
Swap Shop uses Blockchain technology via smart contract to allow swapping of your Wolf Game sheep NFT, instantly. Swap Shop uses the Ethereum Blockchain.
You will need to connect your wallet that contains your Wolf Game sheep you would like to swap and follow to the next steps.
Select your sheep you would like to swap & then choose for the random or advanced swap options.
In the advance option select your specific sheep. Tick the approval boxes if you agree.
Finish the swap by approving the contract & transaction, paying the swap cost to receive your new different fully charged sheep instantly.
Note: You will be sending your Wolf Game sheep NFT on the blockchain and receive a different sheep NFT in return (this is permanent & not reversable)
SWAPPING APPROVALS:
Approve Swap Shop Contract:
You will need to approve the Swap Shop Contract before proceeding with your selection and finalising your swap. Approving the swap shop contract allows your wallet to interact with the Swap Shop contract. By approving the swap shop contract, you are not completing a swap. Swapping will be done at a later stage.
Approve $WOOL:
If you would like to pay with $wool you will need to approve $wool before completing the swap. By approving $wool you are not completing a swap or sending the swap cost amount. The swap and payment will be done at a later stage, and the cost will be specified on your transaction approval page.
Is the contract verified?
Yes.
What are the gas fees?
Gas price will vary depending on the demand of the Ethereum network. The smart contact has been developed as an efficient contract to reduce gas fees. If you are using low gas settings it would increase likelihood of someone else swapping before you do and the transaction failing (you would lose your gas fee). Swapping a larger number of sheep simultaneously increases the change of a failed transaction. It is therefore recommended to use a medium to high gas fee.
Note: Loss of gas fees are not refundable.
Can I choose which sheep I’ll receive?
Yes, with the advanced (select sheep) swap option you can choose which sheep you receive from the stock available.
Can I receive a sheep in a community I want?
It is possible to select a sheep that is in a specific community by choosing the advanced (select sheep) swap option. This is subject to stock availability in that community.
The community which a sheep is in can be seen in the advanced (select sheep) swap option.
Alternatively, if there isn’t a sheep available in your desired community then you can select a sheep in a nearby community and move it.
Where do the fully charged sheep come from?
The fully charged sheep come from Seedphrase’ collection and are pre charged in bathhouses to full energy.
Can I change my mind after swapping?
No, swaps are final.
I’ve swapped, where are my new fully charged sheep?
Your newly swapped fully charged sheep will be received in the same wallet that your sheep came from (the one you connected to Swap Shop and held the Wolf Games sheep you sent). The transaction will also show on the Ethereum block chain & can be seen on etherscan after its completed.
If you are looking on the Swap Shop “Your Flock” webpage it will take some time to appear here, and you may need to refresh the page to see the new fully charged sheep.
What happens if there are no more fully charged sheep available?
We are regularly restocking fully charged sheep. If there is currently no stock available, make sure to keep an eye out on our website or official twitter @SwapShopPro for new stock updates.
Can I swap wolfs or other NFTs too?
We are not currently providing these services. But keep an eye out for more options in the future.
